1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the guarantee, students must:

•⁠  ⁠Be enrolled in an Educatta ATAR program for a minimum of two consecutive school terms

•⁠  ⁠Attend 100% of scheduled classes (or provide valid notice for absences where catch-up work is completed)

•⁠  ⁠Complete all assigned homework, practice questions, and revision tasks

•⁠  ⁠Actively engage in lessons and follow guidance provided by tutors and learning advisors

•⁠  ⁠Attend all required consultations and check-ins with their assigned learning advisor

 

2.⁠ ⁠Definition of Improvement

•⁠  ⁠Improvement is defined as a minimum increase of 10% in the student’s recent test or assessment results within the enrolled subject(s)

•⁠  ⁠Improvement is measured using:

-         School assessments (tests, exams, investigations, experiments)

-         Educatta diagnostic assessments (if applicable)

•⁠  ⁠The comparison will be made between:

-        Baseline results (prior to or at the start of enrolment), and

-         Results achieved after two full terms of participation

 

3.⁠ ⁠Conditions for Claim

To submit a claim, the student/parent must:

•⁠  ⁠Provide documented evidence of assessment results before and after enrolment

•⁠  ⁠Demonstrate that all eligibility criteria in Section 1 have been met

•⁠  ⁠Submit the claim within 14 days of receiving final results for the relevant assessment period

 

4.⁠ ⁠Exclusions

The guarantee will not apply if:

•⁠  ⁠The student fails to meet attendance, homework, or engagement requirements

•⁠  ⁠The student withdraws early or does not complete the minimum two-term period

•⁠  ⁠External factors significantly impacting performance are identified, including but not limited to:

-         Extended illness

-         Significant personal circumstances

-         Change of school or curriculum

•⁠  ⁠The student does not follow the academic strategies and recommendations provided by Educatta

•⁠  ⁠The student is achieving over 80% in the subject at time of enrolment

 

5.⁠ ⁠Assessment of Claims

•⁠  ⁠All claims will be reviewed by the ⁠Educatta academic team

•⁠  ⁠Educatta reserves the right to:

-         Request additional evidence

-         Conduct a performance review of the student’s engagement and progress

•⁠  ⁠The decision made by Educatta regarding eligibility will be final

 

6.⁠ ⁠Refund Details

•⁠  ⁠If approved, the refund will cover tuition fees paid for the applicable period only

•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days

 

7.⁠ ⁠General Terms

•⁠  ⁠This guarantee is designed to support students who are fully committed to the program

•⁠  ⁠Educatta reserves the right to modify or withdraw this guarantee at any time, with notice provided to enrolled clients
